Connie Clark
With over 5 years of experience in real estate, Connie is our Listing Specialist and can guide you through selling process for a stress-free experience. Connie has extensive training and marketing backgrounds and puts these skills to work for you, making the process easier, faster and efficient.
Connie is an active member of the community and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Mountain Home's Military Affairs Committee through the Chamber of Commerce. Connie is also on the Board of Directors for the Mountain Home Senior Center and advocates for community involvement with the Seniors.
For fun, she is a member of the Mountain Home ATV/UTV Club, Book Club and Ladies Groups. She also volunteers each year with Community Canvas, a non-profit organization that beautifies downtown Mountain Home with murals. There are over 100 murals in Mountain Home, which has earned itself the title of Idaho's Mural Capital!

Crista Ramm
After Crista’s dad separated from the Air Force, her family settled in Texas. Crista, at the age of 19, started a job at a retail optical store. She knew this was the career field she wanted. Crista received her American Board of Opticianry Certification and went on to manage practices for optometrists and ophthalmologists in the Dallas area, specializing in building new practices from the ground up. What Crista loved most about being in this career field was enhancing someone’s life by surpassing their previous experiences in the optical industry. Crista’s knowledge led to her passion for leading an industry of opticians. Crista was known for being a source of information which she used to cultivate amazing relationships with her patients, colleagues, and staff. Many of those relationships started more than 20 years ago and continue today.
When Crista and her family decided to step away from the Dallas lifestyle and settle down in Mountain Home, ID, she felt that becoming a licensed Realtor® would be the perfect way to allow her to utilize her talents to continue to better people’s lives, but also allow her to be more involved in her community. Crista chose Keller Williams Realty Southwest Idaho because of their deep love of giving back to their community.

Larielle grew up in a military family moving all around the country. She has come to call Nevada and Idaho home. Spending 10 years in Spring Creek, NV Larielle married her High School sweetheart and started a family. She's worked as a dental assistant and preschool teacher in the past and started a career in Real Estate in 2017. Larielle's passion is to make every moving experience as fun and memorable as she remembers with her family. Since moving to Mountain Home Larielle, her husband, and three daughters love being involved in community sports, hiking, camping, and fishing.
Ashlyn clark
Ashlyn is our Office Manager here at Home Sweet Mountain Home. She has a BA in English Literature and an extensive background in advertising design. She has an eye for detail, allowing her to handle everything smoothly and seamlessly to get to the closing table as quickly as possible. Ashlyn also loves getting to know new people, so make sure you say hi when you see her!
Ashlyn moved to Mountain Home from Milton Keynes, UK in November 2020 to be closer to family. After moving here she fell in love with the town and its people. Ashlyn has been getting involved in community events such as the Dog Day Fundraiser and Shop Local Events.
In her spare time, Ashlyn is a book and movie enthusiast. She is a member of a local Book Club and a Bowling League, but is always looking for new activities to get involved in. Ashlyn is a new dog owner and loves spending time with her English Springer Spaniel, Harvey. They love to spend time at the Mountain Home Dog Park whenever they get a chance!
